WVFC Announces 2018/19 Try-Ins and Club BBQ - June 5th

West Virginia Futbol Club has announced its upcoming 2018/19 Try-Ins and Club BBQ. It will be held Tuesday June 5th at Barboursville Park. An annual tradition, WVFC utilizes the first day of the new annual club year to conduct tryouts for all travel ages U12 and older as well as an introductory session for our all U11 to U7 and younger players.

During the evening WVFC will present its annual club update, ratify the board as well come together as a club and community to celebrate the long year with free food, drinks and lots of fun.

"Believe it or not, this club year has flown by and we are already gearing up for 2018/19," Boys Director Alex Fatovic says. "We are excited to announce another end of the year BBQ as well as an invitation to ALL local soccer players from Charleston to Huntington to come out and see what WVFC means to the community. We would be nowhere without our coaches and parents and I look forward to honoring them again this year at the BBQ. Look forward to seeing all the new faces as well!"

This year, WVFC has changed from your traditional "Tryout" wording to Try-ins, because we want everyone “IN” the community involved! WVFC is the largest travel soccer club in the state, stretching way beyond Charleston and Huntington. There are many young soccer players in the region that just don't know enough about WVFC and this is the perfect opportunity for all local community members to come out and see what we are all about.

Any new interested players can sign up here for try-ins.

Current WVFC players do NOT need to sign-up. THERE IS NO FEE FOR THIS EVENT!
