WVFC Dominates Haunted Classic

What a weekend a weekend it was for WVFC and the WVFC Academy. As much of our older players in the club finish up their respective High and Middle School soccer seasons, our WVFC Academy (U8-U11) and U14 and younger teams are in mid-season form and it definitely showed this past weekend. It's not all about results, especially in the academy. It's about playing soccer the right way and developing technique and the love for the game, but when all of that comes to together combined with success, it makes the club very proud of it's mission, values and of course its most of all its players. The future is bright here at WVFC!

2007 Boys Black - Finalists - Lost a close game 2-1 in the championship

2007 Boys Red – 0-3 - Despite the record, every game was closely contested

2007 Girls Black – Finalists

2008 Boys Black - Champions

2008 Girls Black – 0-2-1 - Great progress this weekend for this group. Worked and fought extremely hard.

2008 Girls Red – Made up of mostly 2009 players and got 2 wins in the weekend coming up just short to make it to the championship game playing up 1 year
